Publication أثر تراجع القدرة الشرائية لألجور على مردودية األداء الوظيفي دراسة حالة أساتذة المدرسة االبتدائية بوالية تندوف(University center of Ali kafi Tindouf, 2024-06-20) هارون بوطيبة; جمال الدين بورماد; المؤلفهتدؼ ىذه الدراسة إذل اختبار أثر القدرة الشرائية لألجور على األداء الوظيفي ألساتذة التعليم االبتدائي لوالية تندوؼ، وقد خلصت بعد دراسة وربليل إجابات171أستاذا إذل أنو ال توجد عالقة ب ُت القدرة الشرائية لألجور واألداء الوظيفي ؽبذه الفئة، وعليو ال يوجد أثر للقدرة الشرائية لألجور على األداء الوظيفي ألساتذة التعليم االبتدائي بوالية تندوؼ، باإلضافة إذل ذلك فقد توصلت ىذه الدراسة إذل أف القدرة الشرائية لرواتب أساتذة التعليم االبتدائي بتندوؼ منخفضة نوعا ما، حيث أف القدرة على تلبية اغباجات الضرورية متوسطة، بينما القدرة على تلبية اغباجات الكمالية منخفضة، وحبسب إجابات اؼببحوث ُت فإف أداءىم جيد. الكلمات المفتاحية:القدرة الشرائية، األجور، الحاجات الضرورية، الحاجات الكمالية، األداء الوظيفي. Summary This study aims to test the effect of the purchasing power of salaries on the performance of primary school teachers in the wilaya of Tindouf. It concluded, after studying and analyzing the responses of 171 teachers, that there is no relationship between the purchasing power of salaries and the performance of this category of teachers, and therefore there is no effect of the purchasing power of salaries on their performance. Furthermore, this study concluded that the purchasing power of salaries of primary school teachers in Tindouf is a little low, given that the capacity to meet the necessary needs is average, while the capacity to meet the needs luxury is low. According to the responses of the respondents, their performance is good. This is achieved by conducting a field study at the National Public Museum in the state of Setif using a questionnaire and analyzing the results with SPSS25 software. The study relies on a descriptive-analytical approach to extract the results, and it concludes that enhancing tourism services requires a qualified workforce. Moreover, it emphasizes that the human element is essential for marketing tourism services and contributes to revitalizing the tourism sector in general, particularly in Algeria.Publication الحماية الجزائية لبطاقة الائتمان(University Center of Tindouf, 2024-06-10) صارة رماني; صارة رمانيLa carte de crédit est l’un des moyens de transactions commerciales les plus répandus أ,en raison de ses nombreux avantages أ,mais son exploitation négative a conduit à son utilisation abusive illégale أ,elle a donc dû être protégée ب La protection pénale de la carte de crédit est un sujet sensible qui soulève de nombreuses questions juridiques et des problèmes liés aux crimes dont l’existence a été liée au développement de cette technologie ب La jurisprudence et le pouvoir judiciaire ont divergé sur la mesure dans laquelle il est possible d’adapter la responsabilité pénale du titulaire légitime et d’autres personnes en cas d’utilisation illégale de la carte de crédit en l’absence de dispositions législatives propres أ,et sur ce point nous avons préféré aborder le sujet à travers deux chapitres أ,le premier chapitre est la responsabilité pénale de la carte de crédit par son propriétaire أ,et le deuxième chapitre est la responsabilité pénale de l’utilisation illégale de la carte de crédit par d’autres ,أ conduisant à la conclusion et aux résultats et recommandations qu’elle contient.
