Foreign Language (Scientific English)

Scientific English is a course that addresses students of technical and scientific specialties like 'Mathematics and Computer Science'. The notion on which the module is based is introduced in the program to train students using the linguistic tool of English as a language for specific purposes (ESP: English for Specific Purposes).
This course falls within the framework of the program and the ministerial project which aims for the presence of the English language in higher education. This aim is to reinforce the use of this language in the academic and professional field due to its validity in terms of the linguistic process of scientific research.
The course will revolve around 'The computer' as the main element. This element will assist the process through a linguistic approach that will be primarily built on the linguistic repertoire of the computer field. A variety of pedagogical activities will be presented to cover all the teaching aims of the subject. Reading comprehension, specialized vocabulary, grammar, morphology, phonetics, and written expression tools are the learning activities based on the computer and its multiple functions.
The course will unfold through sequences, sections, and learning activities. The sequence is the primary cover that will encompass pedagogical elements of the same aim and pedagogical content. For this reason, the course will consist of two fundamental sequences. They are:
1. Reading and Writing
2. Listening and Speaking
Each sequence is divided into two sections. 'Reading and Writing' is composed of Reading and then Writing. Listening and Speaking will unfold in the same manner. Each section will be presented with learning activities compatible with the main aims of the sequence. Grammar, vocabulary, phonetics are pedagogical contents that will cover the different sequences and sections.
أثر العوامل المسببة للرضا الوظيفي على رغبة العاملين في الإستمرار بالعمل

هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على أثر العوامل المسببة للرضا الوظيفي على رغبة العاملين في
الإستمرار بالعمل المديرية العملية لإتصالات الجزائر بتندوف ،أستخدم الإستبيان كأداة - -
للاستقصاء و جمع البيانات ،بحيث تم توزيع 50 إستبيان على عينة من عمال المديرية وتم معالجة
البيانات وتحليلها بإستخدام برنامج الحزمة الإحصائية العلوم الإجتماعية SPSS .
وقد أسفرت نتائج الدراسة عن وجود علاقة ذات دلالة إحصائية بين العوامل المسببة للرضا
الوظيفي ورغبة العاملين في الإستمرار بالعمل في مؤسسة المديرية العملية للإتصالات
الجزائرتندوف.
أثر الضغوط الدهنية على التسرب الوظيفي

ىدفت ىذه الدراسة إلذ التعرف على قياس تأثتَ ضغوط العمل على التسرب الوظيفي داخل متوسطة الشيخ
البشتَ الابراىيمي بتندوف، وقد وضعت في الدراسة عدة فرضيات لذا علبقة بأثر مصادر ضغوط العمل بالتسرب
الوظيفي.
و قد تم تصميم الاستبيان الخاص بهذه الدراسة ووزع على عينة من الاساتذة في الدؤسسة حيث توصلت ىذه
الدراسة الذ نتائج وحقائق لستلفة كان ألعها أن ىناك علبقة واضحة بتُ عدم استقرار الدوظفتُ ا ولضغوط الدفروضة عليهم
داخليا وخارجيا كوذلك عدم التوافق بتُ الدؤىلبت ا ولقدرات مع متطلبات الوظيفة التي يشغلها الدوظف ما يوجو الدوظف
للتسرب الوظيفي.
إلا انو لؽكن للمؤسسة برويل ىذه الضغوط من سلبية الذ الغابية وذلك بادارتها ا ولحفاظ على الدستوى الطبيعي
لذا وذلك يكون بخلق توازن بتُ قدرات الفرد الدوظف ومتطلبات الوظيفة وىذا ما يسمح بجعل ىذه الضغوط دافع للعمل
من جهة ومانع للتسرب الوظيفي من جهة أخرى.
أثر استخدام تكنولوجيا الاعلام والاتصال في تفعيل منصات التعليم عن بعد

تم استخدا تكنولوجيا الإعلا كالاتصاؿ في منصات التعليم عن بعد في ابؼركز ابعامعي علي كافي تندكؼ
لتحستُ العملية التعليمية كجعلها أكثر فعالية. كقد ساعدت ىذه التكنولوجيا في توفتَ الوصوؿ إلذ التعليم للطلاب من
بصيع أبكاء العالد، كمنحهم الفرصة للتعلم في أم كقت كمن أم مكاف. كما ساعدت ىذىا لتكنولوجيا في برستُ جودة
التعليم من خلاؿ توفتَ بؾموعة متنوعة من ابؼوارد التعليمية للطلاب، كمنحهم إمكانية التواصل مع ابؼعلمتُ كالطلاب
الآخرين. ىدفت الدراسة من ناحية ابعادىا الذ موضوع الرقمنة الأكادبيي كتطوره ابؼستمر كاسهاماتو في برستُ كتطوير
العملية التعليمية يتطلب من الباحث التوسع بؼعابعة موضوعو، تم القيا بدراسة ميدانية على مستول ابؼركز ابعامعي
بالاستعانة بأداة الاستبانة بعمع البيانات كبرليلها.
على الرغم من التحديات التي تواجو تطبيقها، إلا أف استخدا تكنولوجيا الإعلا كالاتصاؿ في التعليم عن بعد ىو ابذاه
كاعد يساىم في برستُ لعملية التعليمية ك جعلها أكثر فعالية.
