Study summary : The success of any economic project, regardless of its effectiveness or feasibility, remains contingent upon the existence of a clear and effective legal and regulatory framework that accompanies it and provides the conditions for sustainability. This is particularly applicable to startups, which the Algerian state relies on as an alternative economic model to boost the national economy, given the pressures of globalization and the knowledge economy based on technology. In an effort to keep pace with economic reforms and provide a conducive environment for the growth of this new type of entities, the Algerian legislator has initiated a set of legal and regulatory texts, as well as funding mechanisms and supportive accompanying structures. Despite the Algerian legislator's attempts to reconcile the specificities of startups with the requirements of their legal organization to ensure their effectiveness, the current legal system still lacks stability and clarity due to its reliance on scattered executive decrees without a comprehensive and integrated law. This highlights the need for specific legislation that accurately frames these entities in a manner that is commensurate with their nature and particularities.Item الابادة الجماعية في ميزان القانون الدولي غزة ما بعد الطوفان– نموذجا(University Center of Tindouf, 2025-06-12) بوبة حبيبة - العارف فضيلةAbstract : The crime of genocide is one of the most serious international crimes deadly to humans. Due to the great gravity of this crime, an international convention was concluded in 1948 on its prevention and punishment. It also formed an important focus during the development of the International Criminal Court 1998 statute. This crime was also included among the punishable crimes in the Basic Laws of the special international courts and even the international courts, where we will try through this research paper to shed light on the genocidal acts carried out by the soldiers of the Zionist entity against civilians in the Gaza Strip in Occupied Palestine in front of the apparent inability of the International Criminal Court to act to address them, and ways to address such violations Under international criminal and humanitarian law.Item استرداد الموجودات كآلية لمكافحة الفساد في التشريع الجزائري(2025-06) مهدي فتيحة -عيرش ناديةAbstract: This memorandum examines and analyzes the mechanism of asset recovery as a key component of the fight against corruption at the national and international levels. It addresses the concept of corruption and its manifestations, 7the importance of recovering stolen assets, and its impact on national development. The memorandum also addresses international legal references, most notably the 2003 United Nations Convention against Corruption, as well as the role of international organizations and agreements in this field. On the national level, the various legal mechanisms adopted in Algeria, such as confiscation and financial investigations, are analyzed, their effectiveness assessed, and the challenges hindering their implementation are discussed. The study concludes with a set of proposals to enhance the effectiveness of the national system for asset recovery
