MASTER’S THESIS ABSTRACT This research aims to explore the effectiveness of the electronic litigation system as a tool for changing and improving the judicial system. It is considered a technological development for the judicial infrastructure, including the diverse working environment of various parties such as lawyers, judges, and others. The importance of electronic litigation lies in saving time and effort for judges, lawyers, and litigants, enabling them to access decisions, case files, and their contents easily. This reduces the time needed for research and review, as they can access information through the court's website and review judgments, decisions, and session schedules.
