لقد نُالت اُلرُواية اُهتماما كُبير افُي اُلسُاحة اُلأدبية مُن طُرف اُلدارسين خُاصة اُلرُواية اُلاجتماعية بُاعتبارها اُلوسيلة اُلأنسبُ للتعبير عُن هُموم اُلشعب وُ مُتطلباته وُ آُلامه وُ آُماله إُذ عُالجت مُواضيع مُ سُت بُأف ا رد اُلمجتمع اُلواحد ،ُ خُاصة اُلمجتمعُ الج ا زئري اُلذي عُانى وُيلات اُلاستعمار فُتأخر ظُهور اُلرواية اُلاجتماعية فُيه، إُ لاُ أُنها بُرزت إُلى اُلوجود فُي فُترة اُل سُبعيناتُ من اُلقرن اُلماضي ،ُ فُظهرت كُتابات لُعدة مُؤلفين عُالجوا بُعض اُلقضايا اُلاجتماعية بُطريقة فُنية مُن خُلال رُواياتهم ،ُ وُُ منهم اُلط اهر وُط ار اُلذي طُرح قُضية اُجتماعية هُامة فُي رُوايته اُلزل ا زل إُذ كُشف عُن تُنوع كُبير فُي أُنماط اُلسرد ،ُ وُ أُشكالُ التعبير ،ُ فُرسم حُياة اُل مُجتمع اُلج ا زئري عُا مُة وُ اُلقسنطيني بُصفة خُاصة ،ُ مُعتم دا عُلى اُلوقائع وُ اُلأحداث وُ اُلأحاسيسُ المشحونة فُي شُخصية بُوالارواح ،ُ فُرواياته اُجتماعية بُامتياز ،ُ لُما تُ ق دُمه مُن مُظاهر اُجتماعية وُ صُوَُر تُكشف عُنُُ علاقات خُاصة تُربط بُين مُجموعة مُن فُئات اُل مجتمع اُلواحد .ُ وُُُ مُن هُذا تُصبح اُلكتابة اُلروائية اُلوطارية اُلت ا زم أُخلاقي وُ أُدبي ،ُ اُتجاه اُلواقع وُ اُلج ا زئر. Summary: The novel has received great attention in the literary arena by scholars, especially the social novel, as it is the most suitable way to express the concerns, requirements, pains and hopes of the people, as it has dealt with topics that affected the members of the same society, especially the Algerian society, which suffered from the scourge of colonialism, and the emergence of the social novel was delayed in it. It came into existence in the seventies of the last century, and the writings of several authors appeared who dealt with some social issues in an artistic way through their novels, including Taher Wattar, who raised the issue of his sheltering the earthquake, as he revealed a great diversity in narrative patterns and forms of expression, drawing the life of Algerian society in general and Constantinople in particular .Relying on facts, events, and feelings charged with a character with spirits, his novels are social par excellence, because of the social manifestations and images they present that reveal special relationships that bind a group of groups of the same society. And from this, the Wataria novel writing becomes a moral and moral commitment, towards reality and Algeria
