إن تفعيل الحق في الصحة قد يؤدي إلى تشديد المسؤولية القانونية على الجهات الملتزمة به في حال تقصير إلا أن ذلك من شانه أيضا، أن يسهم في تجسيد هذا الحق في جانبه الوقائي، و تطويره بعيدا عن هيمنة المعايير الاقتصادية التي لا ينبغي أن تكون وحدها المحدد الأساسي للسياسات الصحية و مع ذلك غالبا ما يهمل هذا الحق مما يعرض صحة الأف ا رد للخطر في غياب الرعاية المناسبة و الوسائل الكفيلة بحمايتها، و هو ما دفع العديد من الأصوات إلى المطالبة بضرورة حماية صحة الإنسان باعتبارها حقا أصيلا من حقوق الإنسان و قد تبن المجتمع الدولي هذا التوجه، و أصبح الحفاظ على الصحة ومكافحة مصادر تهديدها من أولويات الدول في سياساتها العامة . الكلمات المفتاحية : 5.الحق في الصحة 2. منظمة الصحة العالمية 2 البعد الوقائي 2 الأمن الصحي - - Absract activating the right to health may lead to increased legal responsibility for those committed to it in the event of negligence. However this would also contribute to embodying this right in its preventative aspect and developing it beyond the dominance of economic criteria which should not be the sole determinant of health policies. However this right is often neglected putting individuals health at risk in the absence of appropriate care and the means to protect it this has prompted many voices to demand the need to protect human healt as a fundmental human right the international community has adopted this approach and preserving health and combating its threats has become a for states in their public policies.
